methods and disclosure
Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from poastudio.com, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
refused shipments
If you decide to refuse any shipments from poastudio.com, you are responsible for the original shipping charge to you, and the cost of returning the package to Poa Studio. This amount will be subtracted from your store credit.
same day shipping – downtown: Toronto, Ontario
The same day delivery program applies for addresses in Toronto that are South of St Clair, East of Humber River, West of the Don Valley Parkway. Eligible Postal Codes:

If an order is placed for same day delivery outside of the parameters provided, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.
If your order is completed by 2pm est, delivery is guaranteed by 5pm est that same day, given that the delivery address adheres to the parameters stated in the previous paragraph. If the order is completed after 2pm, the order will be delivered the next business day by 5 pm. There are no same-day delivery services on weekends or holidays. Any same-day deliveries placed on the weekends or holidays will be delivered by 5 pm, on the next eligible business day.
There is a signature required for delivery. If the delivery fails, the customer is liable for the initial cost of shipping and the cost of returning the package to Poa Studio.

Returns via same day services have to be approved by Poa Studio staff, either by email or phone. Returns via same day delivery service adhere to the in-store return policy visible below.
Products can be returned in store, or couriered back to Poa Studio at the cost of the customer, to be arranged by Poa Studio.

Please be aware that all store credit amounts will be calculated minus the original ship charge that was initially a courtesy from us.
What is our Return Policy for online orders?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back to us for an exchange or store credit but you must first request authorization to do so. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. No refunds.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition and without shipping labels on the shoe box. Damages to or omission of this box from your return/exchange may result in a fee.
Online store credit will be provided after return authorization has been granted and the goods have been returned and evaluated for wear and damages. Online store credit is granted in an individualized code, it does not expire, and does not have to be used in one session.

All items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE. This includes seasonal sales and discount/promo codes.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply email us at info@poastudio.com or call (416) 364-2761 and explain the reason why you would like to return your purchase. We will then issue you a return authorization. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope (ideally the original package would be sufficient), and send back to us using an insured service to the return address. Insuring the package will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves. We are not responsible for missing packages. Returns should be sent prepaid. We will not accept COD’s.
When returning your order, under “reason for return” fill in Damaged Goods or Defective Product. Any customs that are incurred to us will be deducted from the store credited amount (if applicable). For any further inquires please email info@poastudio.com
processing of returns
Upon receipt of returned merchandise, poastudio.com has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. Exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error on our part. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from poastudio.com.
can I return or exchange an item purchased online to the Poa Studio retail store?
Yes, you can return or exchange any item you bought on the site to our brick and mortar store. As long as it is within 7 days of the receiving date and the sales receipt is present. Please note that all release product is final sale. No returns or exchange.
